How do I order from the website?
When you want to purchase a product, simply select the quantity required using the drop down menus in the on line catalogue, then click the 'order now' button and you will be taken to the checkout page where you can view your list of purchases.
Complete the registration process, then click the proceed button, your details and the details of the order including delivery charges are presented and you now have the option to print your order and send a cheque or use the secure on-line payment facilities. (We recommend that you print this order and retain it for your records)
If you elect to use the secure on-line facilities, you will be transferred to our secure encrypted facility where you may continue to select your chosen currency (GBP, Euro or US Dollar).
Enter your card details, and other information, then click the make payment button whereupon if accepted you will receive a confirmation of your order.

At Present Timewe try our utmost to ensure that delivery charges are as low as possible, carriage costs are calculated
Ordering by Telephone
Although the payment pages of the website are completely secure, if you feel more comfortable placing orders over the phone, then we would be happy to take your order by calling +44(0) 1683 222 777. There is an answering machine where you may leave a message if nobody is available to take your call.
If you would prefer to give your credit card details using the telephone instead of via the website then simply have your card details to hand when you phone. Credit card information given over the telephone is destroyed after the order has been inputted through the secure system.
Delivery
Your order is processed as soon as your payment is received; most orders in the UK are dispatched to the customer within 2 days! During busy periods, and especially in the run up to Christmas, please allow an extra few days.

Payment can be made in GBP EURO & US$, by cheque, money order or postal order or by the following major credit cards: - Visa, MasterCard, Visa Delta, Switch and Solo.
Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with the items you have ordered, you have 10 days to return the item to Present Time Return postage charges are the responsibilty of the customer and all returns must be authorised. Unauthorised returns are not accepted. In the event of an order being incorrect, we will immediately exchange the item for you without charge. All returned items must be unused and undamaged.
Customised orders may not be returned or exchanged, unless the goods are faulty. (This does not affect your statutory rights).
Cancellations
If you have paid by credit card and wish to cancel your order, then provided your order has not been dispatched, you will be refunded the full cost of your order.
Complaints
Present Time is committed to providing not only the highest quality gifts, but also the very best in customer service. Due to the tremendous amount of handcrafting involved in some of the products it is sometimes difficult to duplicate the exact shade & pattern, as a result there may be a degree of natural variation in each product. This website attempts to represent the colours as accurately as possible but much will depend upon the individual settings of your monitor.

Your queries will be acknowledged within 5 days and if it is not possible to resolve your query immediately, you will be informed of the timescale anticipated to resolve the problem.
